Completed Our Lady Of Loreto Church/School -
 August 1962

Above are photos showing the construction of Our Lady of Loreto Church and School in 1961/1962. The new church/school was dedicated on August 22, 1962 by the Most Reverend John J. Wright. Loreto is located off of Pioneer Avenue and Chrysler Street, near Moore Park, and was the fourth offspring church formed from the congregation of Resurrection Church. The entire cost of the new building was $541,650, of which the parish assumed a debt of $400,000.

Today, the parish itself is still named Our Lady of Loreto but from 1996 to 2003 the school was called Brookline Regional Catholic, formed in a merger with St. Pius X and Resurrection Schools. The year 2003 was the final year for the school. All classes for BRC are now held at St. Pius. The entire cost of the new building was $541,650, of which the parish assumed a debt of $400,000.
