The Instructional Basketball Clinic for 6 to 8 year olds teaches kids the fundamentals of the game. Clinics are held in the spring and fall. These boys and girls are the summer league stars of tomorrow.

Pittsburgh Citiparks is an official member organization in the JrNBA/JrWNBA.

The Summer Basketball Leagues, begun in 2002, are a big hit from June through August. In 2005, the program attracted over 150 kids.
