| The 1972 Little League All-Stars
featured 11 year old slugger Eddie Beveridge (top row-third from left),
whose towering blasts have been talked about for years. Eddie may
have hit the longest shots, but he did not hit the most homers in a
season. That honor belongs to Tim "Crazy Legs" Schumacher, also pictured
(bottom row-third from left), who smacked an incredible 23
homers.
