1952 was the first year of organized Little League baseball in the Brookline community. To mark the occassion, all of the players, managers and coaches gathered for the only group photo ever taken in fifty years of Brookline baseball. Besides being a really cool picture it also includes the Community Center team, the only team I was unable to get a team photo of for the inaugural season.

Members of the 1952 Community Center team were: John Joyce, John Pusateri, Paul Tokey, Donald Hurley, John Gormley, William Vogel, Walter Dooley, Robert Stock, James Klingensmith, Gerald Doyle, Richard Wyse, Jack Lammert, Larry Valentine, Billy Mulligan, Patrick Falconio, Manager Mike O'Neill and Coaches Charles Valentine and Ed Mathias.
