Brookline Senior League Team Advances
To State Tournament

The 1983 Brookline Senior League All-Stars won the District 4 championship, then took the District 1 championship with a victory at their home field, McGibbeny Park.

The team then embarked on a trip to the State Finals in Emporium, Pa., where they were eventually eliminated from the tournament.

Not much is known about who they played or the game scores, but thanks to former League President Ed Motznik, we can offer a few photos from Brookline's memorable Summer of 1983 and their trip to the State Finals in Emporium.
