In October of 1929, the city of Pittsburgh turned into a veritable fairyland, celebrating the Golden Jubilee with all of the lights turned on. The city looks quite beautiful with all of the spotlights shining. The celebration lasted all day and all night, with fireworks and performances delighting the throngs of citizenry that showed up for an all-day binge.
